    Jim Passmore

    Co-Founder & Company Director

    Jim Passmore is a sailor at heart with over 100,000 sea miles under his belt in yachts and catamarans to 40m LOA. Starting in the superyacht industy 20 years ago, Jim rose quickly through the ranks to Captain and then into New Build and Yacht Management. Jim holds an MBA, is a Fellow of the Project Management Institute and a Member of the International Institute of Marine Surveyors. Based in Palma, Jim is within close reach of both the Mediterreanean sailing hubs and Northern European premier shipyards. Jim is the proud owner of a cruising catamaran that is currently in the caribbean

    Guy Waddilove

    Co-Founder & Company Director

    Guy Waddilove has been involved with superyachts for over 20 years as deckhand, captain, boat manager and owner's rep on builds. Guy has a Master 3000GT (Yachts) certificate and a Diploma in Marine Surveying. Based in Sydney, Australia, Guy frequently travels around the Pacific and SE Asia regions as well as to Europe and the Caribbean.

    Spike Abram is a professional and experienced multihull sailor with extensive experience sailing, building and refitting large multihulls. He holds a Yachtmaster Ocean qualification along with many years in command of performance multi and mono hulls and is shortly to complete a Diploma in Superyacht New Builds. Spike is well placed to give expert advice on the build, refit and operation of large multihulls
